4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 7xn Account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7xn Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 7xn Casino will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
4.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 7xn Casino is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID and additional documentation. Full withdrawal access is contingent on successful KYC verification.
4.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your 7xn Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate suspension.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. 7xn Casino accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. 7xn Casino reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.
5.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 7xn Account immediately. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the sending institution.
5.5 No Credit Card Gambling Deposits. In compliance with Philippine regulations, 7xn Casino does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes.
5. 6 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 7xn Casino does not accept or process cryptocurrency transactions of any kind.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Real Money Funds are withdrawable subject to the conditions in this Section.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Supported withdrawal channels include GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank).
6.3 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed at the time of request.
6.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds.
6.6 Verification Holds. 7xn Casino reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification, fraud review, or compliance checks. Players will be notified of any such hold and the documentation required to release it.
7.1 Certified RNG. All games on the 7xn Casino Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

10.1 Suspension by 7xn Casino. 7xn Casino reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; bonus abuse; or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
10.2 Balance on Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Account balance will be held and not accessible until the investigation is concluded. Where a breach is confirmed, 7xn Casino reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in accordance with applicable law.
10.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 7xn Casino customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

13.2 7xn Casino's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 7xn Casino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Regulatory Oversight. 7xn Casino operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Disputes relating to regulatory compliance may be referred to PAGCOR through its official channels.
15.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 7xn Casino, you should first contact 7xn Casino customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
